Kandahar have also included Bangladesh pacer Taskin Ahmed, who has already joined the franchise in Dubai Tuesday after receiving the NOC Monday. Kandahar will start their APL campaign Saturday taking on Nangarhar Leopards at Sharjah.
Earlier, Bangladesh opener Tamim Iqbal and wicket-keeper batsman Mushfiqur Rahim were roped in by Nangarhar from the players’ draft held in September. Both Tamim and Mushfiq however, are likely to miss the competition due to injuries. Tamim has been carrying a fractured finger while Mushfiq has been recovering from a sprained rib.
