Fizz remains wicket-less as Mumbai finally win
Bangladesh paceman Mustafizur Rahman failed to pick up a wicket but his side Mumbai Indians finally registered their first win of IPL 2018, against Royal Challengers Bangalore in Mumbai Tuesday. Asked to bat first, Mumbai posted a huge 213 runs losing six wickets in their stipulated 20 overs, captain Rohit Sharma top-scoring with a 52-ball 94, featuring 10 fours and five sixes. In reply, Bangalore were restricted to 167/8 in their allotted 20 overs, skipper Virat Kohli scoring the highest 92 for his side, his unbeaten 62-ball knock including seven boundaries and four over boundaries. The Fizz had a disappointing outing, conceding 55 runs in his quota of four overs, after bagging five wickets in his first three matches. The 46-run victory took Mumbai to sixth position in the points table. Mumbai, who lost their first three games this season, will take on Rajasthan Royals in their next match in Jaipur Sunday.
