Bangladesh head coach Chandika Hathurusingha showed the lighter side of his character during the Tigers' practice match against Ireland A in Belfast on Wednesday.
He posted a photo on Twitter where ODI captain Mashrafe bin Mortaza is seen trimming the beard of paceman Shafiul Islam. In the background, the padded-up youngster Mosaddek Hossain patiently waits for his turn to bat while spinner Sanjamul Islam looks on amusingly.
At that time, the Tigers were going great guns against Ireland A and they eventually went on to post a huge total of 394 runs for the loss of seven wickets in 50 overs.
With the likes of top-order batsman Sabbir Rahman and opening batter Tamim Iqbal flaying the Ireland A bowlers all over the park, maybe Mashrafe decided to keep himself busy by helping out Shafiul. And Hathurusingha was surely a keen onlooker!
