After two straight losses, Police FC finally tasted their maiden Bangladesh Premier League victory as they edged Uttar Baridhara Club 1-0 at Bangabandhu National Stadium in Dhaka Saturday.
Ivorian midfielder Fredrick Podar bagged the all-important goal in the 81st minute when he headed home a Faisal Ahmed cross to hand Baridhara their second consecutive defeat.
