Asian football governing body and Bangladesh Football Federation will jointly supervise the BFF-AFC Coach Educators Course for the first time in the country.
The first session will be held online on zoom video conference Thursday.

National team’s assistant coach Masud Parvez Kaiser is one of the participants.
He said the course would take place in two phases - three sessions in the opening segment are scheduled to be concluded by the first week of September, and sessions in the second phase are to be held in November.
“A coach educators course was held some two years ago but it was not enlisted by the AFC. We got basic idea from there. It will benefit us a lot,” said Kaiser, Sheikh Russel Krira Chakra’s assistant coach last season.
Bashundhara Kings assistant coach Mahbub Hossain Roksy, Saif Sporting Club assistant coach Julfikar Mahmud Mintu and Bangladesh Muktijoddha SKC head coach Abdul Kayum Sentu are also listed as participants.
Sabina Khatun, national women’s football team captain and national youth female team’s assistant coach, will also be taking part in the course along with former national footballer and coach Mirona Khatun and BKSP coach Joya Chakma.
Among other participants are BKSP coach Ujjal Chakraborty, Sujit Kumar Banerji, Amit Roy, Sayed Hasan Kanon, Mohammad Salauddin, Salim Miah, Poritosh Dewan, Abu Faysal Ahmed, Sahidul Haque Jewel, Shahinul Huq, Ali Asgar Nasir, Akbor Hossain Ridon and Sohel Rahman
