Jamal Bhuiyan, who currently has a one-year contract with Bangladesh Premier League outfit Saif Sporting Club, reportedly received several offers from ISL and I-League clubs following his performance during the 1-1 draw against India in the World Cup and Asian Cup joint qualifiers in Kolkata last week

Jamal Bhuiyan will only be interested to play in the Indian Super League if there is a good offer from the clubs, said the star captain of Bangladesh football team yesterday after receiving offers from agents of the ISL franchises.

Jamal, who currently has a one-year contract with Bangladesh Premier League outfit Saif Sporting Club, reportedly received several offers from ISL and I-League clubs following his performance during the 1-1 draw against India in the World Cup and Asian Cup joint qualifiers in Kolkata last week.

“The agents asked me if I would be interested to join the ISL. They asked me about my current situation (at Saif Sporting),” said Jamal without naming any particular ISL club.

The 29-yeal midfielder continued, “I have to see the contract first. I would only be interested if they offer me a good contract, otherwise no.”

The ongoing season of ISL that kicked off on Sunday will have a mid-season transfer window in December.

Earlier, former Bangladesh captain Mamunul Islam joined ISL franchise Atletico Madrid Kolkata in 2015.
