Indian women’s A cricket team set foot in Chittagong Wednesday afternoon ahead of the three-match one-day series against Bangladesh A, starting Friday at Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium.
The second string Indian outfit reached Dhaka Wednesday morning before leaving for the port city.
The two remaining one-dayers will be held Sunday and Tuesday at the same venue.
After the one-dayers, the two teams will lock horns with each other in the three-match T20 series, slated for Sheikh Kamal International Stadium in Cox’s Bazar.

The three T20s will take place on October 11, 12 and 14.
Shaila Sharmin will lead Bangladesh in both the series.
Following the first one-dayer, Mumtahena Hasnat and Fariha Islam will replace Rumana Ahmed and Nigar Sultana, who will head Down Under for the Women’s Big Bash League.
