Bangladesh will take on Hong Kong in their opening qualifier on September 9 before locking horns with Uzbekistan and Singapore on September 11 and 12 respectively

Bangladesh women’s hockey team have been pitted with Singapore, Uzbekistan and Hong Kong in Group B in the Junior Asia Cup Qualifiers, scheduled to be held from September 9-15 this year.

This is the very first time in history that the women in red and green are taking part in the Junior Asia Cup Qualifiers.

Bangladesh will take on Hong Kong in their opening qualifier on September 9 before locking horns with Uzbekistan and Singapore on September 11 and 12 respectively.

Group A comprises Chinese Taipei, Kazakhstan, Nepal and Sri Lanka.

The top pool champions will advance to the main round, slated for next year, where China, Japan, South Korea, India, Malaysia and Thailand lie in wait.
