Bangladesh archers continued their disappointing showing in the Archery World Cup, Stage 2 as they lost the bronze medal match to South Korea in the recurve men’s team event.

As a result, Bangladesh team, comprising Hakim Ahmed Rubel, Roman Shana and Tamimul Islam, finished fourth after losing to the Koreans by 6-2 set points.

Earlier in the semi-final, Bangladesh lost 5-3 to Turkey.

Prior to that, Bangladesh beat Belgium and the Netherlands 5-4 and 5-3 respectively to qualify for the semis.
