The men in red and green were previously 192nd when the ranking was last updated on February 7 this year, but following their win over Cambodia in the Fifa international friendly, Bangladesh have improved to 188th.

Jamie Day’s charges now have a rating of 909.

Meanwhile, Belgium continue to be at the summit after their third place finish in the 2018 Russia World Cup.

World champion France are second, followed by five-time world champion Brazil at third.

England have jumped to fourth after their recent impressive performances in the Euro 2020 Qualifiers, while Croatia dropped one place to fifth.

Uruguay, Portugal, Switzerland, Spain and Denmark are sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth and 10th respectively.
