'Dhaka Dream' gets uncut censor certificate

Proshoon Rahmaan's third feature film 'Dhaka Dream' received the uncut censor certificate this week and is set to hit the theatres soon. 

Produced by Imitation Creator, the film features an ensemble cast, including Fazlur Rahman Babu, Quazi Nawshaba Ahmed, Monira Mithu, Abdullah Rana, Jayita Mahalanobish and Manoj Kumar among others. 

"Dhaka Dream is a tale of convergence towards a city, named Dhaka, where a bunch of outlying people gather different experiences that derives from a separate journey that is collective and yet distinctively simultaneous," reads the IMDB description of the film.

Prominent musician Kumar Biswajit composed two songs for Dhaka Dream, sung by late singer Bari Siddiqui and Momtaz, respectively.  

Proshoon Rahmaan's previous films Sutopa'r Thikana and Nigrohokal both received critical acclaim upon release.
