Netflix promised a 'scarier' season four for the fans of the Stranger Things series. The streaming giant seems to be making good on that promise as they decided to set horror legend Robert Englund loose on Hawkins.

According to Netflix, the Freddy Kruegar actor will play the role of “Victor Creel, a disturbed and intimidating man who is imprisoned in a psychiatric hospital for a gruesome murder in the 1950s.”

Latest cast members include Tom Wlaschiha, who played Jaqen H’Ghar on Game of Thrones. The actor will introduce a new character named “Dimitri, a Russian prison guard who befriends Hopper (David Harbour). He’s smart, cunning and charming, but can he be trusted?”

Jamie Campbell Bower, who played the young Gellert Grindelwald in Harry Potter, will be a series regular, playing an orderly at a mental asylum.

Eduardo Franco as a 'fun-loving stoner who works at Surfer Boy Pizza,' Joseph Quinn as the manager of the local Dungeons & Dragons club and Nikolaj Djuricko as a Russian smuggler will also appear in the next season.

No release date has been yet set for season four of Stranger Things.
