Among the stars who visited Walton refrigerator manufacturing plant were President of Bangladesh Film Artistes' Association Misha Sawdagar and its General Secretary Zayed Khan. New film actors such as Nirob Hossain, Joy Chowdhury, Sohana Saba, Zinat Sanu Shagota, Toma Mirza, Tanha Tasnia, Sharika Saba, Anny Khan and Azmeri Asha, animal rescuer Afzal Khan and famous radio jockey Neerob Khan were also present at the occasion

Renowned film stars and cultural personalities visited Walton Hi-Tech Industries Limited (WHIL) to witness the refrigerator manufacturing process on Tuesday. They visited the giant production plants of Walton at Chandra in Gazipur district after receiving a special invitation from Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Walton refrigerator Engineer Golam Murshed. 

Among the stars who visited Walton refrigerator manufacturing plant were President of Bangladesh Film Artistes' Association Misha Sawdagar and its General Secretary Zayed Khan. New film actors such as Nirob Hossain, Joy Chowdhury, Sohana Saba, Zinat Sanu Shagota, Toma Mirza, Tanha Tasnia, Sharika Saba, Anny Khan and Azmeri Asha, animal rescuer Afzal Khan and famous radio jockey Neerob Khan were also present at the occasion. 

Walton Group Executive Director Amin Khan, refrigerator division Chief Operating Officer Alamgir Alam Sarkar, Deputy Chief Operating Officer Yusuf Ali and Brand Manager Jiban Ahmed were present on behalf of Walton. 

According to a press release, the film stars were overwhelmed by visiting the giant production plant of Walton. Some of them remarked that it was the largest refrigerator manufacturing factory they have ever visited.

According to the same press release, Walton have set up one of the largest manufacturing plants in the world, with state-of-the-art technology and machineries. The factory employs thousands of people. 

Misha Sawdagar said: "I did not know that there is such a giant refrigerator factory in our own country. What Walton is giving the country is really something to be proud of. It is not too far when we will be identified abroad as 'Walton's country.'"

Zayed Khan said: "Before entering the gate, I was sure that a lot of activities were taking place inside. By coming here, I finally understand how far our country has advanced in the technology manufacturing industry."

Actor Toma Mirza observed that "Compressor is an important part of the refrigerator. It was a big surprise for us when we visited the compressor noise testing room. Walton compressors are the most noiseless compressors." 

Walton is producing compressors for refrigerators at its own plant.

Engineer Golam Murshed thanked the film stars and cultural figures for visiting the Walton factory. He said that Walton represents the country through manufacturing international-standard products and exporting the 'Made in Bangladesh' labeled products to various countries in the world.

The film stars also thanked Walton authorities for inviting them to visit the giant factory and expressed hope that Walton would become one of the world's top brands in the near future.
