The inaugural ceremony of the exhibition was held at the restaurant on October 26, in the presence of distinguished guests and media personalities

Acclaimed photographer and photojournalist Iftekhar Wahid Iftee’s solo exhibition is being held at the Wind Blows restaurant of Uttara in the capital. The month-long exhibition titled “Blowing in the Wind” features portraits of renowned personalities, along with other photographs.  

The inaugural ceremony of the exhibition was held at the restaurant on October 26, in the presence of distinguished guests and media personalities. 

Actor and media personality Shampa Reza, director Nurul Alam Atique, Addito Shahin, actor Farooque Pathan MP were present on the occasion, among others. 

During the opening ceremony, the guests discussed Iftee’s works in detail. 

A total of 25 pictures are on display at the exhibition, which brings a unique opportunity for the visitors to have a glimpse of Iftee’s black and white world. 

Emphasizing on the importance of art, Nurul Alam Atique said: “There is no boundary of art; passion for art takes us forward.”

Known as a portrait photographer, Iftekhar Wahid Iftee has shown admirable aesthetic sense through the displayed photographs. Iftee followed the footsteps of  his idol, famous photographer Nasir Ali Mamun.

The exhibition will be open for all until November 20.
