Traditional Iranian musical instruments were used in its composition
Film star Ananta Jalil will be seen lip synching on a Farsi song in his upcoming film, “Din-The Day”.
The lyrics of the song have Bangla lines as well. Bangladeshi singer Belal Khan and Irani singer Md Reza Hadayati lent their voices to it. Traditional Iranian musical instruments were used in its composition.
The song’s video was shot in Isfahan city in central Iran, and in the Shiraz desert.
First part shooting of the film has been completed in Iran. The rest of the film will be shot in Turkey.
The cast of the film also includes Ananta’s wife, actor Barsha, along with actors from Iran and Lebanon.
Dhaka University Farsi Language and Culture Department Assistant Professor Mumit Al Rashid wrote the script of the film, and translated the song from Bangla to Farsi, and vice versa.
Directed by Iranian film-maker Murtaza Otash Jamjam, the action thriller is about the destruction of terrorist organization ISIS in Muslim states, and upholding the true values of peace in Islam.
