Globally famous singers Salim-Sulaiman, Sukriti Kakkar, Vipul Mehta, Raj Pandit along with other artists performed in a recent concert organized at ICCB. Net proceeds from the Jubilee Concert will be donated to the social development work of the Aga Khan Foundation in Bangladesh. Aga Khan Foundation is a non-profit international development agency that seeks to invest in human potential, expand opportunities and improve quality of life for poor and marginalized communities particularly women and girls. In Bangladesh, it works in the areas of early childhood development, civil society strengthening and economic inclusion. The Aga Khan Foundation is a part of the larger Aga Khan Development Network. High-ranking officials of IPDC Finance Limited, Aga Khan Foundation were present at the event. IPDC Finance Limited, the first financial institution of Bangladesh established in 1981, was appreciated as the Lead Partner at the Jubilee Concert Dhaka with Aga Khan Foundation. To celebrate 60 years of service to the world, the Aga Khan Foundation organized the concert at the International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB). Jubilee Concerts of Aga Khan Foundation have already been received with great acclaim and enthusiasm in Russia, the United States and several countries in Africa. Mominul Islam, Managing director and CEO, IPDC Finance Limited said, “The Aga Khan Foundation has a unique and charismatic approach towards society’s development and IPDC Finance Limited is honoured and excited to be a part of this benevolent fundraising cultural event.
