21 Bangladeshi short films to be screened in Kolkata
21 Bangladeshi short films will be participating at the South Asian Short Film Festival – SASFF, organised by Federation of Film Societies of India. FFSI will be held at Nandan, Kolkata from March 30 to April 9. The list of selected films which will be screened at the festival were posted on the official page of SASFF on March 13. The 21 Bangladeshi films which will be screened throughout the festival are- Shahid Badal’s “Tiger and Women,” Saiful Wadud Helal’s “The Sacred Water,” Farid Ahmed’s  “True False and A revolution,” Nazrul Islam Chowdhury’s “Street Hawker of Newspaper,” Sharmin “Doza’s Architecture & Environment in Dhaka City,” Khandaker Sumon’s “Sprung from the Body,”  Nahida Sultanta’s “Ghuri,” Santanu Halder’s “Circle,” Sahadat Russell’s “Definition of Politics,” Sandip Kumar Biswas’ “The Magic Bridge,” Tasmiah Afrin Mou’s “Statement after My Poet Husband's Death,” Nuhash Humayun’s “Paperfrogs,” Hanif Parvez’s “Nemesis,” Tanzina Rahman’s “Funeral,” Syed Muhammad Zubayer “The Last Meeting,” Rahman Leenen’s “The Free Spirit,” Shahariar Choyone’s “Gantabyahin,”  S M Kamrul Ahsan’s “The Smell,” R.A.
