The fourth edition of the Dhaka International Mobile Film Festival (DIMFF) is set to begin at the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB) auditorium on Saturday, February 17.
Ministry of Information Additional Secretary Md Manzurur Rahman will be chief guest at the event, while film scholar Matin Rahman, director and producer Proshoon Rahmaan, and film critic Bidhan Rebeiro will also be in attendance.
The festival, organized by the ULAB film apprentice program CinemaScope, will begin at 11am. This year, film makers from 35 countries have submitted their films to be exhibited at DIMFF.
DIMFF was the first international mobile film festival to be held in Bangladesh. Each year, DIMFF accepts films from various universities across the globe.
