Actor and model Tawsif Mahbub is set to tie the knot with Jannatul Ferdous Zara. With an approval from both of their families, the couple will get married on February 9.
After a “Gaye Halud” ceremony to be held on February 6, they will complete the rituals and formalities of their marriage on February 9, Tawsif confirmed.
“There is no other month as beautiful as February in a year. That's why we've mutually decided to tie the knot during the month,” said the 29-year old actor.
Making the announcement of his marriage official earlier on Wednesday, Tawsif wrote on his Facebook: “I am officially announcing 'the clarinet will be blown!' We will get married during the month of language and love. Please pray for us.”
Fans and acquaintances were seen congratulating the artist on his marriage on social media platforms.
Emerging as a ramp model in the media industry, Tawsif, an aspiring engineer, has successfully established himself as a popular actor. After working for four years in various television commercials, Tawsif played his first TV drama "All Time Dourer Upor" under the direction of Adnan Al Rajeev in 2013. He never had to look back after the huge commercial success of the TV drama. Some of his notable works include “Abak Agentuk,” “Jababar,” “Nisshongo Sherpa,” “Facebook and I-Stories,” “Calling Bell,” “Land Phoner Din Gulote Prem,” etc.
The actor is currently busy shooting the TV adaptation of Basic Ali.
