Sidharth says No to Race 3

Rumour has it that Kapoor & Sons star Sidharth Malhotra has rejected the third film in the Race franchise. And it was not the date issues that made him say no to the film. Very close source of Sidharth informs that he wasn’t too impressed with the film’s script. A source was quoted as telling the daily, “Sid didn’t like the script. And he was clear about it. He didn’t dilly-dally and keep the makers waiting. He politely turned down the offer.” But the film has been the talk of the town for quite some time now. From Salman Khan’s entry into the hit franchise to Remo D’Souza taking over as the director, Race 3 has become one of the most-anticipated films of 2018. And Sidharth was approached for a parallel lead in the thriller The report suggested that although Salman will be seen in the lead role, the second lead isn’t a small role. The role is as important as Salman’s. And there is no doubt. After the Bhaijan’s role his role is the biggest one in the film, anyway. No one has actually clear the matter till the date. Because if “two” hero in a film is the issue indeed, that may not be granted as Sidharth was already be seen with Akshay Kumar in the film Brother.
