This Navratri, fans of Deepika Padukone have got the best gift ever. The onset of Navratri was made extra special by the Padmavati team when they decided to drop a bomb on fans with Padmavati’s new poster. The first posters of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s latest was released early morning on Thursday and it shows us the regal Deepika Padukone. In this poster, Deepika’s look for the film is finally out, and she looks drop-dead gorgeous. Personifying royalty, Deepika is doing justice to her character of Rani Padmavati of Chittod.
The movie is going to be special as it has stellar actors like Ranveer Singh and Shahid Kapoor starring next to her.
Recently, the logo of the film was launched on Twitter, and the announcement was quite regal in its own way. The makers wrote, “Rani Padmavati is arriving tomorrow with the sunrise.” And true to their word, the three actors shared the first look, a little before 7am.
Padmavati is a Sanjay Leela Bhansali movie, which is set to release on December 1. Deepika Padukone is in the title role as Rani Padmini, alongside Ranveer Singh, Shahid Kapoor, Jim Sarbh and Aditi Rao Hydari. The film was originally scheduled for release on November 14, 2017, but protests in Rajasthan impacted the actual filming.
