After having certain personal clashes in the last two seasons of the show, rumours had been making rounds suggesting that Salman Khan will refrain from hosting Bigg Boss 11. However, Bigg Boss had other plans in mind and was not ready to let Bhaijaan go so easily. The makers of the show have finally confirmed that the actor will be hosting the 11th season of the popular reality show.
Sources confirmed that Salman Khan will be flying down all the way from Morocco to shoot the promos for the latest season on Sunday, July 30. Furthermore, reports suggest that the show will have an entirely new theme, which will be unveiled with the first promo to be released soon. The channel is likely to start the show earlier than previous years, starting the season in September instead of October.
Another report also claimed that there is a new twist in the selection of commoners for this season. “They need to be in pairs of mother-daughter, father-son, siblings, to make it (the show) more interesting and create sparks as they will be able to reveal something new about each other’s past, which could be spicy and controversial,” a source close to the makers confirmed.
