
Bollywood beauty Parineeti Chopra, whose next big screen venture, Meri Pyaari Bindu is slated to be out in May, opens up that she never dreamt of being an actor.
The 28-year-old actress entered B-Town six years ago with Ladies vs Ricky Bahl, and she has already featured in several big hits including Ishaqzaade, Shuddh Desi Romance, Hasee Toh Phasee and Daawat-e-Ishq.
In a statement, she revealed, “Being an actor or acting was never my dream, but I knew I was living my dream when my first film was released, and I saw thousands of people go out there, watch my films, love me and then mob me on the road.”
Parineeti is among those Bollywood celebs who are featured in Mark Bennington’s recent photographic book Living The Dream: The Life of the Bollywood Actor. In a photograph of Parineeti in the book, she is seen with her fans after the release of Ishaqzaade.
The actress commented that it’s “awesome” to be captured by Bennington. “My photograph in the book is very special,” she added.
A business graduate from the Manchester Business School, Parineeti, revealed in an interview with The Hindu in 2012 that she was a good student, and had always wanted to become an invesment banker.
