Central Music and Video, commonly known as CMV, released their latest musical thriller “Naa” on Friday. Renowned producer, Abdul Aziz, who is also the kingpin of Jaaz Multimedia, has officially released the film on CMV’s Youtube channel.
Rony, the singer of “Naa”, along with the models Nazifa Tushi and Iftekher Jayev, lyricist and composer of the track Setu Chowdhury, director Mustafi Shimul, singer Nahid Mehedi and producer SK Sahed were present at the launching ceremony.
“I was amazed to see the film. I would like to call it a film, since it’s not only a music video. All the best wishes for Rony,” said Abdul Aziz on the film.
The musical short film features famous ramp model Iftekhar Jayev, actor Nazifa Tushi, and the young singing sensation, Rony.
“Interestingly, I’ve shared the screen with two artists again. But this time, one of them is a singer and the other one is an actor,” said Tushi, who was lauded for her role in Icecream, and had two actors working with her in the movie.
“Firstly, I love the soundtrack. The video, that has already been released, is mind-blowing. It is a thrilling love story, and after seeing the final product, I am really impressed,” she added.
“A lot of people have worked relentlessly for this video. We’ve tried to create something new, something out of the contemporary audio and video trends. Our vision was to create a short thriller film, based on a rock track. Now we’ve handed it over to the audience and they will do the judgement,” said Rony, while talking about his work.
Produced under the banner of CMV, “Naa” is available on the GP Music app, as well as Youtube.
