Based on a short story written by Moti Nandi, the film follows an unusual romance between the lead roles played by Parambrata and Bhabna.
The 50-seconds teaser of the film opens with few wide shots of Buriganga river, followed by a perplexed Bhabna asking a rickshaw-puller about her whereabouts.
Next, Parambrata appears in the back-drop of Buriganga river, and then through few shots it is established that Bhabna falls for a nicely suited, dork Parambrata. At some point, Parambrata does something horrible to save Bhabna from an apparent sexual assault, and the duo had to go undercover to avoid the consequences.
The film also stars Syed Hasan Imam, Khairul Alam Sobuj, Lutfor Rahman George, Farhan Mithu, Faruk Ahmed, Shilpi Sarker Apu, Allen Shuvro, and Mahmudul Islam.
The psychological drama, which is titled Killing Beauty in English, is set to be released in January, 2017.
