Enjoy to the fullest at the Dhaka Lit Fest

Dhaka Lit Fest is an annual literary festival held every November since 2011 in Bangladesh. This year, it is being held from November 8 to 10 at the historic premises of Bangla Academy. If you are fond of literature and art you should definitely visit DLF this weekend.

This week, we give you a heads-up so that you don't miss out on the restaurants and the assortment of delicacies that will be at the DLF.

Food Stalls

There’s so much to experience at DLF  but one thing that all of us surely enjoy is having some good food, so besides getting some knowledge of literature, visiting the food stalls is a must.

As winter is on its way and the weather will be a little cold, a perfect warm cup of tea from KK Tea, or some delicious coffee from Café Anthro or North End should make you feel amazing. Having some pitha from Sonarga Pitha Ghar will complement the tea as well.

If you have a sweet tooth, then Belissimo, Krispy Kreme and Meena sweets are there to make your day even better.

People can certainly get hungry after roaming around and attending sessions, so you can always go and grab a delicious roll from Roll Express. If you’re a fan of burgers then you can visit the Twin Burger stall at DLF. Pizza Roma will also be there at the DLF like every year, with their cheesy and mouth-watering pizzas.

For all those momo lovers out there, Tasty Tibet is there to cater to your needs. And if you’re craving some Bengali food items, then Nawabi Catering or Dhaka Bismillah are the places to be. Moreover, if you want a change of pace between all the literary sessions, you can grab Japanese food at Izakaya

While you participate in this celebration of books and reading, you should certainly visit the food stalls. Starting from Thanda Garam and Roll Express, to Pizza Roma and Nawabi Catering, DLF is the perfect place to be, as bookworms can experience literary culture along with some delicious food.

Apart from these, there are other stalls like Kazi Farms, Utso, Purnava, Bengal Meat and Bangla Strong - depending on your mood and your choice of food, you can visit any stall and have a wonderful time. Dhaka Lit Fest is prepared to make everyone come together and give you an event which you will surely remember.
