How are all the different people faring during the lockdown?
We need to make ethical decisions provided by an eclectic mix of experts
This crisis has made us more charitable, more giving
We will see a rise in philanthropy, but also in predatory behaviour
Events such as the Dhaka Art Summit show that the arts are alive and well
No group should be denied basic human rights
Can’t we just be individuals? No, because our institutions fail
It is unacceptable for us to continue ignoring persons with disabilities
We need nothing short of a paradigm shift in our values
We can only begin to fix the problem by facing the facts
What makes a nation happy?
Are we holding up the values our nation was founded upon?
Most people simply don’t trust the police
The people of Dhaka must be held to a higher standard of responsibility
Why is there so much disharmony between all of us?
Enforcing our laws may help end mob violence
Our terrible culture of lynching is a product of rampant injustices in society
It must be remembered that animal cruelty remains a criminal offense
Are we witnessing the beginning of the end?
Times may seem tough, but we have survived much as a people
Violence, of course, is never the answer. Neither is vigilante justice, for that matter
