The iPhone X, Apple’s latest flagship smartphone, is set to make its debut in Bangladesh's market on Thursday, December 7.
Compustar PVT Limited (CPL), the only authorized dealer of iPhone in Bangladesh, will formally launch the iPhone X in Dhaka on Wednesday, and the handsets will be available for sale the next day, according to a press release issued on Sunday.
The first ever all-screen version of iPhone with super retina display and other new, exciting features, the X version is being released to celebrate the world-renowned smartphone brand's 10-year anniversary.
The phone has already hit in the US and European markets last month that drew huge attention of high-end mobile phone users across the globe.
According to Apple, the iPhone X represents the biggest technological leap forward since the original iPhone was introduced 10 years ago, and it sets the path for the next decade of iPhone development.
The super retina display of the iPhone X features a 2436x1125 resolution with 458 pixels per inch, the highest resolution and pixel density Apple has ever introduced in an iPhone.
“The iPhone X has already created huge hype around the world. Keeping parity with the world market of high-end mobile phone set, we are also ready to launch the new phone in the market as the only proud authorized iPhone dealer in Bangladesh," said CPL Chairman Raquibul Kabir.
He urged mobile phone users to buy the iPhone X handset from authorized re-sellers since many unauthorized handset traders sell fake or refurbished iPhones.
