Samsung launches Bangladesh’s first QLED gaming monitor
Samsung Electronics has launched Bangladesh's first QLED gaming monitor to provide a more comfortable and an immersive gaming experience to gamers. Alongside a host of exciting features like 144 Hz refresh rate and 1ms response time, it also boasts a radius of 1800R, making it the most curved monitor in the world and added to that is the introduction of Quantum Dot technology that enables the monitor to offer the highest level of picture quality. Seungwon Youn, managing director of Samsung Electronics Bangladesh, launched the QLED gaming monitor through a glamorous ceremony at a restaurant in Dhaka yesterday. It was launched with Samsung’s authorized distributor of IT products Smart Technologies Limited. Seungwon Youn said: “Gamers are demanding advanced display technologies in monitors in order to experience every nuance of a game. There is a need for better monitors for enhanced gaming experience in the country. At Samsung, we are committed to offer our customers the very best of features and technology. The launch of this monitor is a step in that direction and I am sure that it will be a trend-setter in the gaming zone. Samsung QLED monitors C24FG70 and C27FG70 will be available in Tk38,500 and Tk49,500 respectively. Firoze Mohammad, head of Consumer Electronics, Badiuzzaman Apu, business lead, monitor business of Samsung Electronics Bangladesh and Mohammad Zahirul Islam, managing director from Smart Technologies Limited were present at the event.
