His family seeks assistance from everyone in saving the talented student
Tonmoy Chandra Roy, a student of Accounting and Information Systems of Comilla University has been diagnosed with chronic “Acuire Aplastic Animia” disease. He needs to go through “Bone Marrow Transplantation.” Currently he is admitted to Dhaka Medical College Hospital under Dr MR Khan.
Tonmoy comes from a lower middle class family of Changini Village of Kochua upzila of Chandpur. He completed his SSC and HSC from Dhaka Residential Model College. He has one younger sister. His father, who is the sole earner of the family, is a schoolteacher and mother is a housewife.
Tonmoy’s condition is continuously getting worse. Experts are advising to take immediate actions to save his life. They have suggested taking him in India for a “Bone Marrow Transplantation” but to do this at least Tk40 lakh is needed, plus around Tk15 lakh more will be needed to bear the cost of medicines and other expenses. Tonmoy’s family is unable to bear this huge cost alone, they are struggling to manage money and as a result Tonmoy has become hopeless and counting his days to death in hospital bed.
His family begs the help of society for funding his treatment. Please come forward to help this talented student. Contact number –
