Bangladesh focused at international youth conference
Malaysian Youth and Sports Ministry organized the International Youth Centre Engagement Conference in the capital -- Kuala Lumpur from April 22 till April 28. This conference was held to enhance bonding for the development of youths in the region.
Among youths from 12 countries, 14members from the Bangladeshi delegation participated in the conference at International Youth Centre. The theme was -- Urban resilience to enhance international youth centers.
Malaysia Youth and Sports Minister -- Syed Saddiq Syed Abdul Rahman was the chief guest at the closing session of the week-long networking conference.
Minister Syed Saddiq urged the youths to come forward for ensuring peace and security in the region adding that the young minds are not only leaders for future but they can also lead in the present.
Abdullah Hasan, a young entrepreneur, represented Bangladesh at the conference where he spoke of unique opportunities to learn about the global youth centers which are dedicated to the development of the youth community. He also expressed hope that Bangladesh will also establish youth centers in the near future for accommodating the innovations of the community.
