Australia is currently one of the most popular destinations for Bangladeshi students to pursue their higher education. Students can choose from more than 2200 courses from 1100 institutions. Australian universities feature in the top 50 ranked universities in the world for many subjects such as Engineering & Technology, Arts & Humanities, Physical Science, Life Science to name a few, and it is one of the safest countries for international students. In fact, the world’s most livable city, Melbourne, is also located in Australia.

PFEC Global invites you to explore your opportunities to pursue studies at different Australian universities through their mega event “Study in Australia: Open Day” on Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at The Westin, Dhaka from 10am to 6pm. Every year, PFEC Global arranges several educational events with Australian universities to promote higher studies in Australia to prospective students. This year, 23 Australian universities and institutions will be taking part in the event. 

This event is meant for students who have completed their HSC, O-levels & A-levels, students who are looking for credit transfer opportunities, and finally the students who have completed their Bachelor’s and looking for Masters and PHD options.  

The following university representatives will be present at the Open Day. 

ATMC in association with Federation University, University of the Sunshine Coast, Charles Darwin University, Australian Catholic University, Curtin University, Central Queensland University, Deakin University, Deakin College, Edith Cowan University, Edith Cowan College, Griffith University, James Cook University, Latrobe University, Macquarie University, Melbourne Institute of Technology, Melbourne Polytechnic, NAVITAS, Southern Cross University, Swinburne University of Technology, University of Tasmania, University of Wollongong, University of Southern Queensland - Sydney Study Center, University of Technology, Sydney, UTS Insearch, and Victoria University.  

There are many things students can benefits from by attending this session. A few of them are:

•    Familiarization of various courses (as most of the universities offer 200+ courses to choose from)

•    Career guidance

•    Scholarship opportunities (scholarships start from 10 percent to 100 percent for the bachelor program).

•    Accommodation (on-campus or off-campus facilities).

•    Post study work right (they can have 2 years’ work-right after finishing their studies)

•    Part-time jobs (they can work up to 40 hours every fortnight)

•    Internship (almost all the universities offer internships in their bachelor program).
