Md. Mainuddin tries to simplify things in order to express anxiety, love, beauty, sadness and touching hopes. He didn't draw until he was five. As a child he was an avid reader. And later he developed an obsession for drawing. To him drawing is an obsessive compulsive activity.
Charcoal and oil colour are his favourites, as they are the most basic materials and are ideal for making large-scale works. He want to feel the oppression that regular people face in their everyday lives. He observe their turmoil and style of living so that he can depict the emotion accurately through an empathic viewpoint. The main attraction of the exhibition is manifestation of the common people of my country.
