Guests can enjoy a seafood buffet dinner at Olea prepared in this modern Mediterranean culinary style, which includes favourites such as the Spanish seafood paella, Egyptian fish kofta, Lebanese red snapper tahini, French bouillabaisse and many more dishes.
The buffet will also introduce chef special recipes such as Moroccan calamari and shrimp tagine with dried apricots, Italian style king prawn in saffron sauce, Tunisian harissa of whole-grilled fish and the likes.
