The opinions came during a a program on "Climate resilient cities: in search of alternatives," organised by ActionAid Bangladesh at the Institute of Architects Bangladesh, Dhaka on Sunday.
At the beginning of the program, Farah Kabir, country director of ActionAid Bangladesh, presented a paper on the topic that said the effects of climate change have already become clear in the cities of Bangladesh.
