Banglalink, a digital communications services provider in Bangladesh, has officially launched the second edition of its digital ideation competition “Banglalink ennovators” to help the aspiring innovative youngsters become successful future professionals.
The launch was announced at a press conference held at Tiger’s Den, the Banglalink headquarters, in Dhaka on Tuesday.
The aim of the competition is to encourage, empower, and nurture innovative ideas and creative young minds.
Banglalink’s Chief Human Resources and Administration Officer Monzula Morshed, Chief Corporate and Regulatory Affairs Officer Taimur Rahman and other top officials were present at the press conference.
After picking out the candidates with exceptional innovative minds, “Banglalink ennovators” will further enhance their abilities through grooming, boot-camp sessions, workshops, and many other activities.
At the end of the rigorous competition, the winning team will be awarded an opportunity to visit Banglalink’s parent company Veon’s headquarters in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
They will also be given direct entry to the Assessment Centre of the Strategic Assistant Program of Banglalink.
The first and the second runners-up teams will also gain direct entry to the Assessment Centre, in addition to receiving other attractive prizes.
In addition, all members of the top five teams will directly qualify for Banglalink’s Advanced Internship Program (AIP).

Any university-going student can participate in the competition. The registration phase is open from Tuesday, July 17, and will end on August 25.
Roadshows and campus branding for the competition will also be organized at more than 30 universities across the country.

Banglalink pledges to capitalize on the success of the first phase of Banglalink ennovators that was launched in 2017.
