The Q2 (April-June) earnings of Eastland Insurance Company Ltd has dropped slightly by 2.32%.
In a filing with Dhaka Stock Exchange on Tuesday, the company said that its earnings per share (EPS) was Tk0.42 for the Q2 of 2021 as against Tk0.43 for the same period of 2020
Meanwhile, its net asset value (NAV) per share stood at Tk21.22 as of June 30, 2021, and Tk19.20 as of June 30, 2020.
Earlier in 2020, Eastland Insurance offered 7% cash and 3% stock dividend to its shareholders. The closing price for each of its shares was Tk44.5 during Tuesday’s session.
