Worried about going out to get that one missing ingredient to your chicken curry? Need a paracetamol for the mild headache you seem to be developing?
With the coronavirus outbreak sparking major global anxiety and fear, it is only valid to be concerned about your safety and of others around you.
To help ease some of the worries, various brands have come forward to make the daily needs of people more accessible from the safety of their homes.
Shohoz Food has introduced relevant offerings under its brand new Grocery and Medicine sections, according to a press release.
Customers can now order necessary groceries and over the counter medications from the Shohoz super app, and have them delivered right at their doorsteps.
Farzana Sharmeen, director, Shohoz Food said, “In light of the current situation, we are urging everyone to stay indoors and stay vigilant. We have taken up the decision of delivering daily necessities to your doorstep and we salute our brave food delivery agents who are working hard for the welfare of our citizens.”
To be extra cautious, Shohoz presented a new Safe Delivery System, ensuring that the delivery personnel maintains proper sanitation and personal hygiene.
The customers can also pay in a cashless environment, through debit/credit cards and bKash, and the delivery men will leave food outside of their doors to establish a truly contactless delivery experience.
Shohoz aims to continually stand up with congruent initiatives like this even in the future, to make a positive difference in the community.
