Commerce Minister Tofail Ahmed on Wednesday said there is no reason to increase the prices of commodities this Ramadan.
Speaking to journalists at his home in Bhola’s Gazipur, he said: “There is enough supply of commodities compared to the demand, and TCB will start selling products in open market from May 6.”

The minister distributed Tk15 lakhs to 52 affected businessmen, reports BSS.
