With a view to ensuring customer satisfaction by enhancing the standards of its customer service initiatives in coinciding with celebration of ‘Mujib Borsho’, Mutual Trust Bank (MTB) recently inaugurated ‘Customer Service Week’ from October 17-21.

Syed Mahbubur Rahman, managing director & CEO of MTB, inaugurated this event in the presence of some distinguished customers of the bank in a simple ceremony held at MTB Centre Corporate Branch at Gulshan-1 in the capital.
Among others, Tarek Reaz Khan, Deputy Managing Director & Chief Operating Officer, Rais Uddin Ahmad, Deputy Managing Director & Chief Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Officer (CAMLCO), Sharmin Ahmed, Head of Service Quality and Azam Khan, Head of MTB Communications Department of MTB along with other senior officials of the bank were also present at the ceremony.
