Mercury levels in Bangladesh have been increasing as heatwaves sweep through the country — Bangladesh reaching its highest recorded temperature in the last seven years, with the mercury count rising to 41.2 degrees Celsius.
Through a press release, Samsung suggests the use of their air conditioners to wade off the discomfort of these rising temperatures.
The brand stated that their air conditioners could be a convenient choice as they facilitate an inverter, an energy-saving technology that is helpful for increasing operational efficiency by controlling motor speed. This means they reduce noise and are energy-efficient, which could minimize electricity bills.
In Bangladesh, Samsung offers ACs with a price range of Tk67,900 to Tk98,400 in online shops and local outlets with a 12% instant cashback. Customers will be offered 10 years’ warranty for the compressor and 1 year for the parts.
Additionally, Samsung mentioned that since their ACs are equipped with a fast cooling mode, it cools an area at a faster rate and then returns to its usual speed. It shifts to ‘comfort cool’ mood to maintain an optimal temperature.
Other features the press release commented on were the performance of Samsung ACs due to their triple protector plus technology, anti-corrosive coating to prevent overload, auto-clean function, and the Easy Filter Plus to remove dust and prevent the accumulation of bacteria.
Buyers will get free home delivery and installation and the chance to pay the amount over 6 monthly installments.
