Four types of Samsung air purifiers are available in Bangladesh
Dhaka consistently ranks as one of the worst places with air pollution globally. There are proven long term effects of this on the respiratory system but using an air purifier at home can help mitigate the problem.
Samsung is now offering affordable air purifiers with triple air purification or a 4-step purification system to keep air healthy by removing large dust particles, harmful gases, and certain viruses and bacteria, says a press release.
Four types of Samsung air purifiers are available in Bangladesh, each with distinct features and prices ranging from Tk25,900 to Tk47,900.
Long-term effects of air pollution, heatwaves sweeping the country, and the increased transmission of coronavirus indoors may take a toll on people being able to breathe peacefully, said the press release. They hope that their smart detection and digital display would help users gauge air quality in real-time.
Other features of Samsung air purifiers are activated charcoal to remove foul smell, S plasma ionizers to clear contaminants from the air, and washable pre-filters to minimize cleaning time. They use a 3-way airflow technology to clear large spacers at a faster rate.
Samsung air purifiers can also be controlled remotely with the SmartThings app, and the company offers free delivery and installation in Bangladesh.
