To develop skills and knowledge within retail professionals, Bangladesh Brand Forum recently organized the fifth edition of a two-day Bangladesh Retail Congress 2020.

This year, Bangladesh Retail Congress was presented by Shwapno and Powered by Apex Footwear Limited.
The event started with the welcome speech by Shariful Islam, founder & managing director, and Bangladesh Brand Forum. There were four keynote sessions, five panel discussions, two insight sessions and three case study presentations.
Md Atiqul Islam, mayor of Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC), and Md. Sirazul Islam, Executive Chairman, Bangladesh Investment & Development Authority (BIDA) were present as chief guest and special guest respectively.

The case study presentation sessions shed lights upon some emerging issues like home delivery service, Consumer & Consumer Behavior Pattern Analysis.
