The workshop aimed to build a group of skilled painters and increase employment in the painting industry by providing practical knowledge and oral training on paintings.
The program was designed in a way that it would minimize the construction site accident probabilities and ‘Color Academy’ certified painters’ job opportunities would be maximized for their career growth.
Square Pharmaceuticals Ltd Bangladesh contributed by providing housing and transportation facilities for the female employees to empower and encourage them to do their jobs.
Readymade garment and textile industries, Crony Group, distributed eggs, milk, potatoes, and other calorie-rich foods to its employees to promote better and healthier lifestyles among them.
Crony Group has also organized a free eye campaign, TB and HIV awareness programs, an annual feast, and cultural program as CSR activities.
