Genex Infosys, the leading BPO and ITeS (Information Technology Enterprise Solutions) company in Bangladesh, has been awarded as the Best Large Contact Centre (Outsourced) in the Asia-Pacific Region by Contact Center World (CCW).
The company was handed over the award at a function in Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia, of late, according to press release issued on Wednesday.
Genex was also recognised as The TopPlace2Work in the region, based on the independent surveys carried out by CCW, the global association for contact center and customer engagement best practices, pertaining to employee engagement and employee connections.
Genex will now compete in the World Finals with all the regional champions in London this October.
In his reaction over the honour, Genex Managing Director Adnan Imam said their vision to become a global BPO player was gradually shaped up after they were entrusted as top global brands’ customer experience management and revenue enhancement partner in several countries.
