Walton products praised in IPU event

Local electronics brand Walton showcased a wide range of products with the theme “Made in Bangladesh” at the Inter-Parliamentary Union assembly at Bangabandhu International Conference Centre in Dhaka, said the local election brand. It displayed products like refrigerators, LED TV, air conditioners, electric switch-sockets and various LED lights. Walton said it was highly praised by foreign delegates who attended the event this week. Bangladesh National Parliament, Ministry of Commerce and Export Promotion Bureau organised the exhibition of exportable goods. It also demonstrated development activities of the government to the foreign delegates. IPU members praised Walton for its high standards products, perfect finishing and magnificent designs. The foreign delegates were overwhelmed by knowing about the role of Walton in expanding the country’s technology-based products industry, creating nearly 32,000 employments.. Md Humayun Kabir, Executive Director (PR and Media) of Walton Group, said Walton products drew the eyes of the foreign delegates from the first day of the fair.
