This holiday season, global food delivery service foodpanda created a stop-motion video that reveals how foodpanda riders bring joy and good food into everyone's life throughout the year.
The stop-motion video was fully executed in-house. The team sketched out and built an entire miniature city out of paper and foam core, including 2D characters for foodora and foodpanda
A rendition of Tchaikovsky’s classic “Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy” transports viewers into the holiday mood while the rider cycles through the sleepy city, past Nutcrackers, reindeers by a traffic light, and Scrooge with his ghosts launching snowballs, eventually ending up delivering to Santa Claus himself.
