He went to the water body to take a bath

A Rohingya boy has drowned while taking a bath in Labaner Math in Teknaf upazila of Cox's Bazar

 The incident happened on Tuesday night.

The deceased, Irfan Ali, 11, son of Aman Ullah, was a resident at the Nayapara camp for the forcibly displaced Myanmar nationals.

In-charge at Nayapara camp, Abdus Salam,  said:  "Irfan went to the water body near the camp to take a bath around 9:30pm and drowned."

Locals rescued him and took him to the nearby health complex, where doctors declared him dead.
