A six-member medical board is reviewing the veteran leader’s condition
The health condition of ailing BNP Standing Committee Member Barrister Moudud Ahmed has deteriorated.
A six-member medical board headed by Prof Dr Shahabuddin Talukder reviewed his condition at 2pm on Tuesday, said Shairul Kabir Khan, media wing member of the party chairperson, reports Bangla Tribune.
Earlier on December 29, the veteran leader was admitted to Evercare Hospital in the capital with serious weakness as his haemoglobin level dropped. He had been undergoing treatment at the hospital’s Coronary Care Unit (CCU).

Shairul Kabir Khan said that the physical condition of the former prime minister deteriorated further. He asked everyone to pray for Moudud Ahmed’s speedy recovery.
BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir spoke also with the head of the medical board.
