Awami League’s special extended meeting July 7

Members of Awami League’s central working committee and advisory council, union-level presidents, general secretaries, and union parishad chairmen from Rangpur, Khulna, Dhaka and Mymensingh divisions will join the meeting

The next special extended meeting (3rd phase) of Bangladesh Awami League will be held on July 7 at Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina's official residence Ganabhaban.

Sheikh Hasina, also the Awami League president, will preside over the meeting to be held at 11am on the day, said a press release on Saturday.

Members of Awami League’s central working committee and advisory council, union-level presidents, general secretaries, and union parishad chairmen from Rangpur, Khulna, Dhaka and Mymensingh divisions will join the meeting.

Awami League General Secretary and Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader requested the presidents and secretaries of the party's district and city units, concerned, to send the names of participants to the Awami League president's Dhanmondi office.

He also asked the participants to remain present at the extended meeting on time.

The special extended meeting (2nd phase) was held on Saturday with the participation of union-level presidents and general secretaries, and union parishad chairmen from Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi and Barisal divisions.
